Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 28, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Altered Pitch LLC, doing business as Supportify GPT (“Supportify GPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the SupportifyGPT websites and customer support platform (the “Service”).

1. The two roles we play

Our customers are businesses that use the Service to support their own end-users. This affects how we handle personal information:

When we act for ourselves (controller). For our website visitors and for the people who sign up for and administer an account, we decide how and why personal information is used, and this Policy applies directly.

When we act on a customer’s behalf (processor). When a customer uses the Service to support its end-users, the support messages, tickets, and contact details belonging to those end-users are processed by us on the customer’s instructions. The customer is responsible for that information and for its own privacy notices. If you are an end-user of one of our customers, please contact that business with privacy requests; we will assist them as needed.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, business name, and login credentials when you create an account.

Billing information. Subscription plan and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Support content. Tickets, chat and email messages, knowledge-base content, and related contact details that you and your end-users submit to the Service.

Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

Communications. Messages you send us, such as support or sales inquiries.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to set up accounts and authenticate users; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to provide customer support; to send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications; to monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers we share with

We share information with trusted third-party providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service. These currently include:

These providers are authorized to use information only to perform services for us. We may also share information to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice as required by law). We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies

Our websites and dashboard use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, and understanding site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how the Service works.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Customer Data is retained for the life of the account and made available for export for a limited period after an account is closed, after which it may be deleted in the ordinary course, except where we must keep it to comply with law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Account holders can update much of their information directly in the dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights. If your request concerns data we process on a customer’s behalf, we will refer you to, or assist, that customer. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. International data transfers

We and our providers are based in the United States, and information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
